Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Nimbus Hire, the recruitment platform at https://hire.driftnimbus.com and the careers sites hosted on it, operated by Drift Nimbus (driftnimbus.com), Zimbabwe ("we", "us"). By creating an account, posting a job or submitting an application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts and organizations

  • Hiring-team accounts belong to an organization. The organization is responsible for who it invites and for what those members do in the product.
  • You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that are used for unlawful purposes or that put the service or other users at risk.

Job postings and applications

  • Employers are responsible for the content of their job postings and careers pages, and for handling applicants' data lawfully and fairly, including under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act and any other law that applies to them.
  • Candidates must submit truthful information and only material they have the right to share.
  • We provide the tools to run a hiring process; we do not take part in hiring decisions and are not a party to any employment relationship that results.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to post misleading or discriminatory job advertisements, to collect personal data for purposes unrelated to recruitment, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to upload malicious files, or to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and transmit it in order to provide the service. The software, design and branding of Nimbus Hire belong to Drift Nimbus and its licensors; parts of the platform are built on open-source software used under its own licences.

Fees

Where paid plans apply, prices and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase. We may change prices with reasonable notice by email; changes do not apply retrospectively to periods already paid for.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. Support is provided by email at hello@driftnimbus.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from content supplied by employers or candidates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and forms part of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
